The death toll in the bus accident that took place along the Narayagadh-Muglin road section few minutes has reached 25.
Twenty-one passengers were killed in the spot and one during treatment after the ill-fated bus plunged into the Trishuli River. The death toll climbed to 25 after three bodies of passengers, who had gone missing since the accident, was recovered downstream in the Narayani river in Chitwan.



The bodies recovered on Monday were identified as of Sanjaya Kumar Yadav, Rabi Ranjan Yadav and Mukesh Ram of Rautahat, according to the District Police Office, Chitwan. A total of 13 families had filed missing complaints of their loved ones at the Office since the accident. As per the report, ten people are still missing.
Meanwhile, among the 16 injured, two have returned home after treatment while 14 are still responding to treatment at the two medical colleges in Chitwan. RSS
